do any of you know how to change the sound of the clarinet when you`re playing it, i noticed how when proffesionals play it they can make like a sexy sound to it, if you do could you teach me how

Simply turn the button to "nice dark sound"!
Or perhaps you don`t have it...in this case you`ll need to PRATICE AND PLAY MORE...
Tone is different for every clarinettist. Listening to clarinet recordings, as you seem to do, can also help.

These are professionals. It comes with practice and skill. It`s not really a step by step procedure and involves altering your mouth.
