Ummm. Yeah, you have a while until you need to worry about what you`re going to do when you`re older. I know you are young and ambitious. You can also play a lot of instruments. But I, like you, was very ambitious of becoming a teacher of music, I can also play a lot of instruments if not more. But, what I discovered was that music is not my strongest point in life, I found that I was more of a science person (specifically physics, biotechnology, astronomy...). When I found out that I wasn`t totally fit to be a music teacher I was devastated. I couldn`t imagine my life without being a music teacher. But I survived. You have a lot of time a head of you to decide on what you want to do. Don`t just sit on music for your career, look at other things. Maybe you will be teacher, maybe not. Just please don`t get mad at me for saying that you might be better at something other than music (it`s happened before).

they`re right, you know... however, that doesn`t mean to close the door on the option... I think that I`ve changed what I`ve wanted to do about ten times since I was thirteen, and I`m only 16 now... just stay in a band or an orchestra in school, and see where life takes you... if it`s in music, congratulations, if you find something you love more, that`s good too.... let life lead you on your way to your future...
