Well I can say that I have the same problem but that is because I have braces. When I went back to have them redone. I told him and he gave me soft plastic covers to cover them. I am pretty sure that if you were to ask your dentist he would probably be able either to tell you where you could get something or he himself would probably be able to give you something. If all else fails ther is this one type of wax for braces that is relatively sturdy and prior to getting the lip guards from my ortho. I was using that. You can get it at almost any drug store. Try it and let me know how it is.
