Hi! I`m wondering if someone can tell me what the `B 660` inscribed on my barrel mean. Btw its part of a Buffet R13 Bb clarinet.
And anyway, is there any difference in tuning between a clarinet that is tuned to A 440 and another that is tuned to A 442, other then their barrels? In other words, will I face problems when I use a barrel that is designed to sound A 442 on an A 440 clarinet, similiar to the problems associated to pulling out the barrel too much?
Also, must I use an A 440 mouthpiece, for example one of the vandoran`s american pitch mouthpieces, for an A 440 horn?
hmm .. or is the difference too insignificant such that no one really talks about it ..
