the only real answer is to woodshed them... and try out different fingerings for each note and see what works for you.
also, try changing up the rhythm and playing a dotted 8th then 16th for the runs, and then do a 16th then dotted 8th. try those ascending and descending.
Here are a couple of ways to practice technical passages.
First, play them as dotted 8th/16th rather than straight 16th. Then reverse the pattern to 16th/ dotted 8th. It's easier this way and you still get the speed between each interval.
Then practice them as three sixteenth note triplets and one eight all the way through the passage, then reverse this pattern. By the time you're done with these it will be a breaze to play them as straight 16th notes.

Hi! Toni...I have the same advice, but do want to offer that the D# in the first run should be played with the index finger of each hand, and not the traditional fingering. It's kinda like playing Bb on the flute 1+1. Also...on the B-A#-B at the end of number 6...make sure to play the first B with only your left pinky, then keep your right hand down when you switch to the A3 so that the A#-B transition is very smooth.
