If your gonna be in a band, ask your band director what he/she prefers.
I recommend a Buffet, but Normandy and Noblet and Yamaha are good for starters. Don't buy some weird horn like the one you've mentioned. You'll end up selling it for $35 or pawning it, because no one will know what it is.
