I'd suggest searching online, or maybe making one.

I've felt your pain before. There was a semester in college when the wind ensemble needed me to play bass clar, EEb contra, AND the BBb contrabass on the same program! I was able to carry all 3 cases, but had to make my own stand that would hold 2 contrabasses. Making your own case or stand is a cool feeling...

wwbw.com tends to have a nice selection of things like that; though I've never ordered from them, I've browsed their site extensively.
Another alternative might be to find a way to affix a shoulder strap to one or more cases. Many cases have rings or something already attatched for this, or you could try hooking one under the handle. That would be a good way to free up your hands.
When I was in elementary school and played Bb soprano, I used to carry it in a canvas tote bag, which I could easily fit the case, my folder, and a music stand when I needed in. That helped me not leave stuff on the bus, et cetera, but perhaps you could get a largish bag and put both your cases in there?
