I got a new pack of Vandoren reeds (just the traditional blue box ones) and inside was an advertisement for the Vandoren 56 Rue Lepic Reeds. I would like to try them (asking "Santa" for them for Christmas) but I'm not sure what strength to get. In the traditionals I used 3s. Should I get 3s in the 56s or should I go to a 3.5, as a 3 in the traditional is between the 3 and 3.5 of the 56. I would appreciate any one's opinion on how these reeds compare to traditional vandorens in the strength area as well as sound and whether or not you recommend them. Thanks!

Wow this is really weird but I just bought a new pack too and I was looking at it right now. They do sell them sepreatly so I would get a three and a three and a half to try them out. The only downside to that would be that all reeds are different.
