are u talking about water we drink or water that comes out our mouth if it the water we drink you need to clean it right now and how you get all of it (if it is a wooden clarinet it would be ruin)

Um...if it's spit, wipe it out after you play! But if you have WATER in it...How do you get water in it? um...Was it raining during marching band or something?

Your first instinct should be to wipe it out, maybe try and drain the water out as quickly as possible by tipping the clarinet. Whatever you do, do not just leave the water in there! You don't want mildew(especially if its wood). The water, if left alone, will cause the pads to deteriorate. If there's any damage or something, than take it to be repaired.
