I haven't played my clarinet for 20 years, since I graduated high school. I was pretty good back then, but I have forgotten everything!! My clarinet is a Noblet Paris. Has anyone ever heard of this? It was bought brand new in 1983! It is still in excellent condition. I really want to get back into playing. Hopefully it will come back easy and quickly!!

Hi. I bought a used Noblet recently. Fitted my fingers perfectly as soon as I picked it up. Had to buy it. It wouldn't leave me alone. I love it. Beautiful old instrument.

Noblet is an intermediate LeBlanc. Made in Pareeeee It's a sweet instrument.

It is like riding a bicycle except you don't skin your knees when you crash. Your muscle memory should come back quickly, don't try and rush yourself but don't feel you have to hang back.

I have worked with many people who hadn't played in years and years and they all advanced quickly and were playing grade 4 and grade 5 music within a couple of months. FInd a good Community band or group to play with. Reading new music every week helps stimulate your memory.

Woowee !!! You will have much more fun than when you were younger !!!!!! And the Noblet is a fine clarinet to playing, if it has been sitting you might need to have the repair shop take a look at it and do a little TLC here and there. But should n't be much.
