DO NOT CLEAN THE KEYS YOURSELF!
Take it into your local music store and ask the repairman to do it for you.
If you clean it yourself you take the chance of ruining the keys, pads, cork, etc.
To correctly clean the keys you need to REMOVE ALL THE KEYS from the instrument.
I have my silver keys cleaned every year due to the high salt content in the air and how old the clarinet is.
