You might try my book "The Most Advanced Clarinet Book". You can practice it slowly or even a measure at a time. 50 short studies with explanations of these difficult techniques. Then 27 full page etudes. 49 pages. Descriptions, etc. should be on Austin Macauley (publisher) website after it's release April 30, 2018. It can be ordered from numerous online places including Bookmasters of Ashland, Ohio.

I've played through the Hite Book--good stuff. He also has a flute method that is very good for clarinet high notes. Another very advanced method is the several Jettl books. Very difficult.

There is another very difficult contemporary book by Frederik Zitek. I don't believe it is very popular, but it seems he just sat down and wrote the hardest things he could think of for the clarinet. It was one of the reasons I was inspired to write my own book.

You did a great job on Progressive Melodies. There are a various way to done exercise but I can suggest that "40 Progressive Melodies: Clarinet Paperback by David Hite" It is a very knowledgeable task if you have done successfully. Ricoh printer support is can help you how to take care of the printer
