You mean a G Clarinet, that plays in E flat? I have a G Clarinet (Turkish style) and it plays in Eb. Apparently, these are all over the place in Turkey, Bulgaria, Greece, Macedonia etc because Balkan/Eastern
Europe music uses this kind of clarinet mostly.

What you hear in that link is not a Clarinet. Its the traditional Turkish instrument called "NEY". Very cheap but exremely hard to play. Can be bought in America for like $30.
G Clarinets: There are only a few major companies that still make the Turkish G Clarinet except for handmade ones in Turkey, Greece and Bulgaria.
