We`ve had a vote on jazz vs orchestral clarinet; now I would like everyone`s opinions on something else.
Which is cooler- the clarinet in an orchestral setting, or in a chamber music setting?
I prefer it in a chamber music setting.

Chamber music since the clarinet is often drenched in a big orchestra. It is an instrument for small groups of people.
