Ok, im going to try and sell this Clarient on ebay. But the problem is i dont know anything about it except it belonged to a family member, so it used slightly in HS band. It was sort of yellow from being stored alot, but i cleaned it up really good with metal polish. So how much would one of these cost?

It depends on the condition of the instrument. I suggest that you take it to a repairman and have it overhauled before you sell it because that is the one question I get all the time when I sell instruments on there.
Now pricing wise it`s $200 for poor quality instrument to $1000 for excellent condition instruments.
Poor is not taken to a repairman and excellent means like new.

Okay Ryan I am a budding clarinet player. I bought one for $41 off of ebay last week it should be here tomorrow. The man I bought it from knows nothing about clarinets he equired it. I don`t much about them either.
What I can tell you is great job polishing that. It looks like a pro polished it.
Secondly I see that it is a Buffet. Buffet is a repitable brand name from what I gather. So you should get a nice price for it provided it is in good shape.
Things to consider are:
Does Buffet still make that model?
This is very important, because if they do not and it needs a new part at some point then the buyer is at a disadvantage
Call or e-mail Buffet and ask them to track the serial number. Sometimes serial numbers get recycled so give them an approximate age. Tracking the serial number can tell you exactly how old the instrument is. The older the instrument the cheaper it is supposed to (at least that is what I was told)
Also once you have that information look on ebay and other sites that deal with used instruments search for clarients that are comparable to what you are selling and then price it from there.
