I want to write some music on the computer, can anyone recommend a good program to write notes with?

Hi, I use NOTATION 2. It is easy to use, but if you are a professional maybe it is better to get a professional program. NOTATION is good enough for people just playing and writing music because they like it. If it is your job than chose an other program.
Don`t know if you can buy it in the UK or USA (I`m from the Netherlands)but I think so because it is in English.

I recommend you FINALE 2005...
It is very good , I think that is the leatest version.
My brother uses it and it`s great.

Sibelius is very good.. i believe there`s a sibelius 3 now.
you can go to the website www.sibelius.com and download a free trial version. it`s really easy to use and you can publish your scores on the web.
