I am ready to upgrade my clarinet. I am currently playing an old Booze and hawks REGENT. I have in mind the buffet b12, but will i won`t to go wood in the future. Money is a problem of course, but I could squeeze to the E11 your`ve thoughts please...

Are you looking for a student or professional models? What kind of budget are you looking at?
You can get a nice wooden student clarinet under $1000CAD. The Buffet will probably cost a bit more but it`s a nice choice.

How does the B&H play for you? If it`s in good condition or a decent instrument it might not be worth it to upgrade to a B12.
