When having trouble with your high notes just move your bottom lip forward, and make sure that your keys are completely covered. We all have a tendency to have our fingers slip every so often, but I would mainly focus on your embrochure.

Oooo....you never ever want to move your jaw when playing!
Tighten the embochure and say tee...make sure the back of your tongue is touching the back molars of your mouth.
Blow enough air or else they will not come out.

Try to imagine there is a lit candle right in front of you,and you want to blow it out.Tighten up your embouchure and try to blow a fast, intense airstream. If you really can`t get it,try go up chromatically first,if that doesn`t work either, try the alternative fingering for right now.
