what about surfing the websites of the universities of munich, salzbourg or paris(weird). but if you want to study at one of this universities you have to be very well prepared because a lot of people want to study there and the niveau is very high. an then you have to think of the money you need! i have the(maybe wrong)stereotype of poor russia in my head.
you need about 6000€ for oboe
about 3000€ for the reedmaking stuff
and coming from russia(thus not yet living in one of this cities), you need at least 500€ for housing and food....
hope you`ll manage it. i`m also planning to study
