Do you have Loree? what kind?

I have a Loree! I just got it about a month and a half ago. It`s an AK bore. It`s about 4 years old. I love it so far!

I played on Lorees in my life.Each time it was the only choice.Being so "lucky" to live in places there no oboes ,oboe stores,etc.So far i can say I do not like this brand.Maybe I could not find the right one.Having said that, I have to admit that particular Royale model that I have tried erecently(choosen out of 27!! and revised by some well known American oboe spetialist,with different bell!!!)sounds very impressive

Just purchased a 2nd hand Hans Kreul Tubigen Does anyone have one of these.

I have a Loree and I LOVE IT LOVE IT LOVE IT! But I think the most important thing in playing is to have a good reed because if you are playing the best oboe with a bad reed that you can`t make work...sorry but it isn`t going to be good.

loree`s are way to much money....I want a loree royal, BUT I won`t get one tell I buy it myself

I am a fan of the Kreul. Hold on to it. They have a great sound. Make it sing. I know you Loree lover`s have no Idea what the bigg deal is about these German Oboe`s. Ask a pro Oboist. Or any outstanding player that has played one. If they can get their hands on one. They would make the switch.

I just bought an Hans Kreul mirafone oboe..I`m so excited, can`t wait tell I get to play in myself.

I play a 6 year old Loree DM, which is rare this days...that Hans instrument, it`s a german instrument? Where did you get it from?
