I have been looking for resourses to show me how to sharpen my knife using my Japanese Water Stones. If anyone could write out a good step-by-step or suggest a detailed site or two, please email me. (I wont likely be back on this soon due to work/reed making/preparing for auditions) I sharpen with the strop all the time, but Im hesitant to use tyhe stone without help and my teachers are both out of province.
