Okay, when i play for the first mayb 2 minutes the song is fine, breathing, lips is fine and im normally in tune.. but when i start to play longer pieces (longer den 2 minutes or so) my lips get numb and sore and i cant keep my embrochure (sp?!) and then when i play the higher notes.. high A-E`s... it goes SOooOooOo flat!! not enough air and support im guessing.. so what happens if i play for more then around 2 minutes..is i loose air, and my embrochure gets weak and i loose my support.. its not good when im playing at a performance especially solo, and den i try to blow more air.. doesnt help either because it just makes me go sharp and then i forget what im playing, wrong notes and everything And then Other stuff AND THEN IT JUST GETS OUT OF CONTROL!! argHH!! haha..
So does anyone have suggestons to how to build my stamina?? .. any suggestions will be greatly appreciated!!

Break down your pracitce into several small sessions per day, like 5 mins each at first. Try to reduce the number of sessions and increase the time to maybe 7 or 8, even 10 minutes the next week.
Take a break if you really do have problems after 2 mins of playing.
Have your embouchure checked. Maybe you are not relaxed enough. It should be reasonably relaxed on the lower notes.

Well thats a problem...Since when do you play oboe? And do you do any sports?Like running and stuff? Well this is the first thing you should change!Realy! My teacher sais, that if you are not doing sports it is not POSSIBLE to have a great stamina.Your case seems to be an extreme, though.

Practice every day. Play a little in the morning, play during your breaks/lunch, play after school.
Make sure you are not using a reed strengh that is too hard or soft for yourself. Many professional reed makers only offer MEDIUM as an option. You shouldn`t get medium-hard or harder unless you can adjust your own reeds.
Do also make sure you NEVER bite. Your embouchure should be relaxed. The lips while covering your teeth, press down upon the reeds themselves with no help from TEETH.
Random Emboucure Thoughts:
Chin Down
No Smile
No Dimples
Push Embouchure Out, without exposing lip
Imagine "Ohm" lip shape (inverted lips of course)
Open mouth cavity
Firm support
Narrow lip
If you can, take a lesson from an oboist (with a degree!) to just work on proper embouchure shape and proper breath support. A good embouchure fixes a lot of problems.
