Well.. I`m 13 and in the Symphony and Concert Band for my local Homeschool music group.... I`m still stuck with my Selmer beginners oboe with no features!! *sigh* Does anyone have any suggestions on an oboe I could move up to? Also good intermediate bassoons?

Alex

Larilee 400W--full conservatory but a decent price.

I suggest a Buffet because it has an excellent sound. I was stuck on a Selmer too before. When I tried the Buffet I was like "Wow! I sound like a pro!" I guess it has a decent price for an oboe, but I wouldn`t know.
