Can anyone tell me an in tune fingering for the F above the staff? My oboe is a Buffet Performer if that helps.

Have you tried using the 3rd octave key?

You`re not going to get a perfectly in-tune fingering for the F6. I, myself use O2, 1/2, 2, Ab on the left hand, and the C key on the right hand. Then, I adjust accordingly with air.
My advice: find a fingering that works for you, grab a tuner, and practice hitting the F in tune. Same thing with EVERY note on the instrument.
