Ok, I have a problem with my right hand. Basically, the barrel is to small for my hand and so I end up with a very cramped hand position. So, the solution would be to widen my grip.

Does anyone else have this problem? If so, how have you corrected it?
Has anyone used the Ton Kooiman thumb rest (www.tonkooiman.com), or a dutch thumb rest?
