You should be able to get the screw replaced by itself. How much do you care if it's actually a Fox/Renard screw? Most any shop will be able to replace it. If you really care about the head of the screw looking exactly like the other(s) then tell the technician ahead of time before he does any repairs.
You might be able to order an exact screw directly from Fox/Renard.

And now the question is why did it fall out? Find some friend or family member in the auto business or someone who works with machinery and see if they can give you a little "LOCktite". Put a little on the new screw thread and it won't come out again until you want it to. I recommend the Blue Locktite. It's not super glue but it does lock the screw in enough that it won't fall out, but will unscrew when you take a small screwdriver to it.
