Does anyone have much experience play either the Shawm or the Mizmar(Turkish Shawm)? I want to learn how to play one of the two and I was looking for insight from someone who knows what they are doing(i.e. not me). I do not play the oboe but the Shawm is in the oboe family so I put my post here. Thanks in Advance.
