Hi there. It is an interesting question. First off, The only microtonal fingering chart that I have found is in an Italian book called The contemporary Oboe by Andrea Chenna and Massimiliano Salmi.
It is very small and confusing. Let me preface this by saying that I have been playing in a contemporary woodwind quintet professionally for the last 10 years or so. What I usually do, is to experement with adding keys or half keys to the basic notes until I find what I like.
I know it may not be as spacific of an answer, but I hope it helps.
Take care
