I have a Linton oboe made with grenadilla wood that dates to the 1930s. I have heard pretty bad reviews about the Linton USA model oboes but I haven't heard much of the older model. Does anyone know anything about the old wood model? I am looking to sell it but other than a decent tone and nice scale I don't know anything about the brand. It was given to me a few months ago but my only experience is with Selmer, Howarth, and primarily Fossati. Please Help?
