what do you mean by squeaky?
i`m not sure whether gettting it cleaned will do anything, but maybe getting it serviced? There could be a screw loose, but make sure you ask your teacher before fiddling around with it. I know a girl who takes around a little kit of screwdrivers etc in her case. This is really useful, because when a screw comes out she just whips it out and screws it back in. Of course, you should only do this if you know how far you have to screw it in.
You could also be squeaking because of how long you`ve been playing, or it might be your embouschure or however you spell it. Good Luck!
