This bassoon have a little extension on the L.H. 3rd finger. The bassoon is called a Fox/ Renard 222. This is my first time playing a bassoon, but i have help a Fox/ Renard 51, but it was plastic. The 222 is a wooden bassoon, and i was wondering it this is a good for all levels of players????

unless it is drastic, I wouldn't freak out about it.
Make sure you have a swab though. The wood can rot if you don't swab.
I say this because many people in my state don't swab their plastic bassoons (which I always found disgusting, but, its their bassoon)
I used to play on a plastic, but I upgraded. It was a huge difference in my tone.

your swab should be fine. That is the kind I use. =)
I don't know about the oboe thing though, I always used to use those fluffy things for mine(by the way, never use those...bleck).
Really the important thing is getting the boot joint nice and dry, then the wing.
