Does anyone know where I can find a crutch with a stem diameter of 3.5 mm - that is, thinner than the 4.7 mm (3/16") and 4 mm (5/32") stems?

Those are the diameters used by Fox & most other brands are close.
What make of bassoon is it?

It is for an older Mollenhauer & Söhne / Cassel that I recently acquired. Most of the crutches that I have seen on the market have stems of either 4.7 mm (3/16") or 4 mm (5/32"), including Fox.
