I`ve never heard of "persil washing up liquid" before so I`m going to vote "no" on that one. If your horn is average dirty, soak it in warm water with some dish soap (Dawn, Joy, ect...) and snake it out, then rinse. If it`s really bad go to the hardware store and buy som CLR. Mix that into the water instead of Dawn and let sit for twenty, then snake out and rinse REALLY WELL.
