woot woot! Junior high band just went to Musicfest Orlando and we one first in our division in everything we did.(concert,jazz,marching,indoor drumline,indoor gaurd) we came in second overall we beat all the high schools except for one and they beat us by just a few points. the high school and us blew the other bands out of the water and now we`re hoping that our scores were high enough to win first place junior high in the nation for the second year in a row. (for more about last year go to the topic musicfest orlando) sry this probably sounds really cocky but what i really wanted to know was if anybody else did this competition and how they did. or just some thoughts about how our band did.
p.s I`ll probably be putting some sound files of last year and this years band in a few days. does anybody know how to put files from my computer onto this site so that people can listen? this years songs for jazz will be 1.) caliente 2.) steam shiffle. 3.) when were you guys down there?

this last weekend. If you were there we were discovery middle school from Madison alabama

we left on Thursday the 29th and came back on tuesday. some other things we did were played at Epcot, the rising stage at cosmic Rays, and we played at Citywalk. it was lots of fun. oh and when Magic Kingdom was closing we reenacted the parade competetion by marching down the street singing our part and playing air horns. lol the people that wanted by weren`t too happy
