Is it possible to charm people with music?

Some styles of music will charm me right to sleep in about five minutes.

well I heard a very beautyful french horn/piano solo one day at contest and it was soo pretty that it made me cry... and I have been moved towards those "I`m sooo in love with you" moments when you and that special someone hear a certain song so....yah I think over all music can charm in many ways...really how couldn`t it`s soo expressive it`s self??!!
