If you`re set on a silver horn, before spending $1515.00 for a used horn that has some cosmetic damage, I think you would do yourself a favor by going to www.giardinelli.com or www.musiciansfriend.com and see what they have to offer in brand new silver trumpets. At either site you can get a brand new Bach intermediate model TR200S or a brand new Blessing ML-1S pro model for less money, and you`ll get a factory warranty. There are other online sites where you can get essentially the same deals. I mention those two sites only because my personal experiences in ordering from them have been excellent. I have been playing a Blessing ML-1S since December `04, and I`m delighted with it. If you would like more specifics, email me at okwood@sbcblogal.net.

If you are going for a cheaper pro horn go for the Yamha Xeno or the Bach Strad 37.You can find Strads in exellent conditionon ebay for under $1000 and at soaaa.org there are Yamaha xenos 3 months old for $995. Good Luck.
