Does anyone have an opinion on this instrument. Eventhough it`s cheap could it give me a good run for a year or two. If not please suggest another instrument.

Don`t even think about buying it. Get a student model from a trusted brand like Yamaha, Bach, Olds, Conn, and etc. Best bet is to go to a good music store not Sam Ash and try out some horns. There`s a couple of good music stores out there depending on where u live.

What price are you talking about when you say "cheap". The main drawback to most cheap beginner horns is that once you start to develop some proficiency, they can`t keep up with what you`re trying to do. That`s what I learned with the F.E. Olds NA 100ZU advanced model that I started my comeback on. Within six months I was playing arrangements that the valve action on that horn just couldn`t keep up with. So I moved up to the pro grade Blessing ML-1s, which was described to me as a "basic Bach horn" with a few nice frills, like Amado water keys and double-braced main tuning slide.
