HI! i`VE been playing trumpet for 2 months and i have a question is to what sound u should make when accenting. Is it TEE or TEW?

There are different types of accents. Stacatto (short, crisp accent) is played with a short "tuh". Legato (soft, flowing accent) is done with a soft "tah", and Marcato is played "tee" or "teh", whichever is most comfortable. Some of the Essential Elements series of method books either come with demo/play along CD`s, or have them available separately at additional cost. On the CD`s a professional plays each exercise so you can hear how it should sound.
