Circular Breathing is breathing in your nose and out your mouth. Long Tones are also very helpful.

Though I`m sure circular breathing would have its benefits somewhere along the line, and though I envy those who can do it, I think it`s unnatural.
Double tonguing is accomplished by tonguing "on" the airstream using "tah-kah-tah-kah or tuh-kuh-tuh-kuh". I found that double tonguing came easier after first learning to triple-tongue (tuh-tuh-kuh-tuh-tuh-kuh-tuh-tuh-tuh-kuh).

Thanks for the advice..
What do you mean by Tuh-tuh?
Do you mean to sorta `say it` in a way while you play?
Thanks for the help every1

When double tounging you want to make the noises with your tounge: ta ka ta ka ta ka. When practicing double tounging, start off at a slow tempo and every week or so increase it a little until you can do it proficiantly. There are double and triple tounging exercises in the Arban.
