I`ve been playing trumpet for a while and my jazz is getting up to par. I want to learn how to lip slur so i can do it in solos, but im not exactly sure how. I can do it a certain way but my friend, who has been playing longer then me, is telling me im doing it wrong. I need someone to explain how to do it. Or get better at it rather.

a lip slur is RERALLY easy. im a 6th grader and have been playing roughly a year but they are very simple to me. just tounge the first note change notes but do not tounge the second one. try it
