Hi again. I wouldnt worry about playing the Haydn On Bflat

Lots of people do that don`t have E flats. There is nothing wrong with that. The important thing is that youre playing good music.

Now back to the mouth ring. I would suggest that you break up your practicing into one hour increments. Space it out through the day. It is suggested that you rest as much as you practice.

When you practice. Try spending some time focusing on playing softly with minimal mouthpiece pressure. This will help.

One more thing. ASK YOUR TEACHER! they know you best

Good luck

Vince

At your age this is probably a sign of using too much pressure. Ease up on the pressure and get your right hand pinkey finger out of the pinkey ring.
