This made me cringe. 21:51 on Thursday, December 14, 2006

I was in rehearsal today when this kid had left his trumpet on the conducting stand (we were on the bleachers in front of the stage) and he left. Not a minute later, the huge conducting stand fell down, slamming the trumpet, crushing the tubing, and bending it to an almost 90 degree angle. Scary stuff. I'm never leaving my horn out of my sight.

ouch. on our school presentation night last yr just before we were about to play my mate dropped his trumpet on the bell and it closed up. he couldnt play.
