I can't get it out and all of my notes are sharp now. Is there a way besides taking it to a shop (which I plan to do anyways) to fix it?

to answer your question, no, not without harming it if it is REALLY stuck, maybe you should clean your horn after you take it to the shop, and put some GREESE on that slide.
