There are about 60 people. We have an extremely small band. But it is nice because we are so close.

BIIIIGGGG Band

Over 400 in our band. We went to the rose parade this year. Granted probably 2/3 of that is woodwinds. We have 70 clarinets roughly. http://www.dbband.org/

r all of u guys in high school???1tuba/5trumpets/5drumline/4pit/3clarinets/2mellophones/1altosax/1tenorsax/2piccalos/2trombones+me=27+8guard=35 people... we r so tiny...but we do all know each other very well...

o well yeah.im in junior high 2 (7th and 8th grade r invited 2 high school marching band cause of number of people) ...in our jr band there r about 18 flutes 6 clarinets,7 saxes,1 baritone,2 trombones,20 trumpets,and 6 drummers.and 1-2 french horns(idk)these r guesstemites so there not head on.but our jr band isnt that big either...all our bands r shrinking...~crying~ ~CoUrT~

We get invited to the rose parade every year, but we never go.
My band director likes to stay local.
But next year is his last year and I think he should let us go!!

Only 16 guard this year, I remember my sophomore year we had 42 guard members. I almost seizured when I looked at that number, but we got a new guard instuctor and it's been -really- tough to get into guard now.

And uh. I'm not in guard~ Anyway.

I dont have specifics either but Dixie is two away from 100, and thats including the colorguard.

Typical...this world is overrun by trumpet players. So many bands would sound way better if there were even trumpet and trombone players. Just listen to professional bands like the band john williams conducted for starwars. They had a very balanced band and it sounded great.
