I just started learning trumpet a few days ago. I normally play trombone but I wanted to learn a new instrument just for fun over the summer since I'll have a lot of free time and music is fun.

I finished the red "Standard of Excellence" beginner trumpet book in 2 days and am now ready for the blue one (Those of you who are familiar with the series)

So right now after only a couple days I can play up to the 5th line F and than above that I don't know the fingerings yet so...what can you do.

i can play five lines above the staff, it is very hard, but i can. i am a junior in high school, and i've been hired to play at disneyland, knotts berry farm, and the ontario convention center
