There are quite a few.
Allen Vizzutti - He has a few cds which include his insane compositions: he has a theme and variations where he double-tongues in octaves, as one of them, and he plays a mean jazz horn. Some of his jazz pieces start with baroque piccolo trumpet intros, just because he can. Check out Carnival of Venus or Firedance for the most amazing pyrotechnics you will ever hear on the trumpet
Sergei Nakariakov - I`ll put it this way: he`s so good that he has begun transcribing classical concertos and solo pieces for other instruments to play them on trumpet. He can circular breathe and double-tongue for a solid 4.5 minutes
Gerard Schwarz - Close to the best tone and sound quality of any I`ve heard, and he gave up the trumpet years ago to be a conductor.
Rafael Mendez - Given how long ago he was and the fact that only less than five people have played some songs he has, he`s on here. Moto Perpetuo
Hakan Hardenberger - He has the best sense of musicality, an amazing tone, and incredible technique
Phil Smith - This man has the best sound of any trumpet player, ever. He plays principal in the NY Phil, so I think he has his share of challenging music
Adolph Herseth - He set the standard for orchestral players. He played principal in arguably the best brass section in history for 53 years and hadn`t lost any of it over time
Rolf Smedvig - He is the master of quintet playing and has an amazing sound also
Chris Martin - This guy auditioned from college into the Atlanta SO and from there straight into the Chicago Symphony Orchestra, probably the most prestigious principal chair in the country
Maurice Andre - He has been popular for decades for a reason
Niklas Eklund - I challenge anyone to find one person on earth that plays the natural trumpet better: that`s the one with no valves of any kind, he plays everything with his lips
Jon Faddis - What an amazing high register for jazz
Clifford Brown - He was able to say more in one octave than almost anyone in any register
Miles - His cool jazz is stunning
Of course, Wynton - He has played every kind of everything: there`s a reason he`s the most popular trumpet player around

Well, i totally agree with Roy. Allen Vizzutti is the best for an overall trumpet player. Maynard can play jazz wonderfully. But if it came to classical he`d probably not do well. But Vizzutti is a special player. Ever hear of the Carnival of Venus(not carnival of venice)? He wrote it, and from what i know i`m pretty sure that is the hardest trumpet piece of the world. THe carnival of venice is like a warm up. Wynton marsalis matches vizzutti.
