Hi, I`m a recent Western Michigan University graduate and I have found that the fingerings above high C depends on the instrument and the player. Some will say to use first valve for high D, but I use an open fingering because it plays in tune better. Also, high C# can be played 2nd valve to raise the pitch. Experiment and listen to the tendencies of the horn and your playing.

the most complete fingering chart I have found is as follows:
(high)C: 0
c#/db: 2
d: 0
d#/eb: 2
e: 0
f: 1
