Okay, I saw the thread for girl trumpet players. (which I am) but what about girl mellophone players (which I also am) and girl french horn girls etc.. I decided to make a high brass girls thread. Let's face it, brass is still mainly a man's world, women are the minority. We brass girls gotta stick together! lol Sp, talk about what instrument you play, how long you've been playing, how good you are whatever.

Hi. I'm a girl, from Lithuania(in Europe),who playing the trumpet and cello. I play trumpet just two months, but I think I play well as possible. I play in my city music school band also two months. I love trumpet!

*Sorry for mistake. I play in band for a year. Before playing the trumpet I played whith Eb horn(horn in Eb flat). Now I'm playing the first trumpet part.

Jumped from beginning band my junior year
to 3rd chair during the 1st semester of my senior year
& 1st chair during the 2nd part of it.
I can honestly say yeah its hard lol but I love it I have a beautiful red trumpet & would enjoy anytips u guys have
