I'm thinking about creating a website that helps people learn how to play trumpet. I can remember the problems that I had when I started, but I'm wondering what problems you had. I'm trying to figure out what kinds of things I need to teach people and get ideas for different things to write about.

Thanks for any and all help.

I used to puff out my bottom lip to help with my higher notes.... which meant my lower quiter notes were very poorly controled and wobbled alot.....

I run a website similar to the one that you describe: BrassMusician.com

Basically, it's a site for brass players, by brass players.

You're more than welcome to submit an article, or just browse the site to get some ideas.

Good luck!

If you have any specialties in embouchures and breathing techniques, advertise that on your website.
