Uhh...ok When they say high C, for example, they`re speaking of the C above the staff and so on.

ok here is the C`s my friend. there is low c below the staff. then reguler c which I like to call tunning c in between the 3rd and 4th line of the staff. High c is the one above the staff and double high c is I believe 4 above that. Please correct me if i am wrong lol.

You`re right, man. There might have been a typo though. Double high C is an octave (8ve) above high C. You guys also forgot my favourite C: the pedal C. It`s an 8ve below low C and also the fundamental pitch of the trumpet. However, many Bb trumpets have the low low Bb or B as the fundamental for better intonation in the high harmonics. So it`s difficult to honk out the pedal C because you have to lip it up (especially with the normal embouchure). Try it out. It feels pretty cool to play really low notes.
